  1.AAV病毒載體有CMV(全身表達)、CAG(全身表達)、TBG(肝臟特異性)、Insulin(胰島Beta細胞特異性)、CK8(肌肉特異性)、tMCK(肌肉特異性)、Adiponectin(脂肪細胞特異性)、Syn(神經特異性)、CaMKIIa(神經特異性)等,根據需要可包裝對特定組織或細胞感染的AAV,用于表達目的基因。

  2.熒光蛋白標記載體:具有表達GFP、mCherry等AAV表達載體。

  3.具有靶向編輯基因AAV載體系統:CRISPR/Cas9(sgRNA)介導的基因編輯系統和shRNA介導的基因敲減系統。
